Amanda is a long-time resident of Liberal, KS. She and her husband, John, have five adult children, four in-loves, and they are expecting their sixteenth grandchild. As a licensed cosmetologist and cosmetology instructor, Amanda delights in each opportunity she is given to substitute teach at Seward County Community College Cosmetology, seizing every moment to impact the lives of students. Amanda is the author of three published books including her book for women, Woman Beautiful, Embracing the Woman God Created You to Be.
Her love for Jesus, family and women led her to serve on the Grace Place Pregnancy Care Center Board of Directors from 2018 until the spring of 2022, serving as president from January 2020 through December 2021.
She and John decided on career changes, with Amanda leaving the world of hair and him leaving the oil industry; both knew real estate was the direction they wanted to go. In 2008 they bought their first rental property, and their real estate story has been growing and changing ever since. One of Amandaās life goals is to help single women and moms get into well maintained, affordable housing. She understands the value of finding the right property at the right time for the right price. Amanda is your friend in real estate and wants to help you find that just right property.
About
Sheryl Martin Hall has lived her life from the age of two years old in the Liberal, KS area. Seven years ago, she moved into the actual town of Liberal. She is involved in the activities of our town and for the past five and half years, has served as music director for her church here. Prior to that, she was in Forgan, OK, and the rural area, over the state line. She raised her family there, (three children, two grandchildren), in the admonition of The Lord with a wonderful husband, Dennis, who she lost to brain cancer in 2012.
She is a retired nurse having served at Beaver County Memorial Hospital in Beaver, OK. where she worked a total of 31 years. In the small town of Forgan, she served as the first woman mayor where her most well-known accomplishment was the renovation of Main Street which now has sidewalks, curbing and street lamps the entire length of town. She directed the work crew for this undertaking which consisted of gentlemen in the work-release program from the Department of Corrections in Beaver.
Sherylās career in real estate started in 2018 and she enjoys seeing families get their first home, (or their tenth home!) Having sold properties of her own, including long-time homes, she understands the challenges involved in the process: physical, financial and emotional. It can be quite a process and you need someone caring and professional like Sheryl on your side. She looks forward to serving as your go-to real estate agent!

About
Born in CuauhtĆ©moc, Mexico, eldest of 8 children Maria had to quit school after 6th Grade toāÆhelp raise her siblings. What Maria thought was normal, was in retrospective a very hard life. She came to the United States in 1983 arriving in Liberal, KS with two children and no money. After only a week she thought that they had made a big mistake, they had no place to live and no money. Were it not for some very good people, they would not have made theāÆtransition. They got some help with housing and food and then a job.
Cleaning homes and many other odd jobs later they became somewhat established. They proudly became citizens of the United States of America in 1985, and homeowners in 1987.
She will never forget how they felt when they became homeowners. They were a part of something that many only dream of. That feeling is what motivated her to complete school and get her GED. She became a RealtorĀ® in 2005.
Helping people closeāÆon a home and fulfill their dream still makesāÆher grateful to be a citizen and a RealtorĀ®. There is nothing better in this life than a smile from a new homeowner.āÆ She wants to see that smile.
