Abigail “Abby” Marta-Palomino grew up in Liberal. She work beside her dad in his business in 2001. She is a 3rd generation business owner and has owned her own business since 2009. Abby received her cosmetology degree in 2011 from Seward County Community College. She was married in 2013 and has 4 children. She was SPED Para MacArthur 2014-2016.
She enjoys baking and spending time with family.

Born in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico, eldest of 8 children Maria had to quit school after 6th Grade to help raise her siblings. What Maria thought was normal, was in retrospective a very hard life. She came to the United States in 1983 arriving in Liberal, KS with two children and no money. After only a week she thought that they had made a big mistake, they had no place to live and no money. Were it not for some very good people, they would not have made the transition. They got some help with housing and food and then a job.

Cleaning homes and many other odd jobs later they became somewhat established. They proudly became citizens of the United States of America in 1985, and homeowners in 1987.

She will never forget how they felt when they became homeowners. They were a part of something that many only dream of. That feeling is what motivated her to complete school and get her GED. She became a Realtor® in 2005.

Helping people close on a home and fulfill their dream still makes her grateful to be a citizen and a Realtor®. There is nothing better in this life than a smile from a new homeowner.  She wants to see that smile.

Vince Ruiz has built a diverse and hardworking career shaped by strong people skills and a drive to succeed. Living in Liberal since 2000, he developed early experience in sales, spending five years selling cars and honing his ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.

He later expanded his work experience into the oil field and trucking industries, dedicating five years to demanding, hands-on roles that strengthened his work ethic and resilience. Vince also spent six years in retail sales, continuing to build his expertise in customer service, communication, and business operations.

In 2006, Vince took a major step toward financial growth by purchasing his first investment property, demonstrating his entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to long-term success.

Today, Vince is passionate about helping others achieve their real estate and financial goals, with a special focus on guiding first-time home buyers through the process with confidence and clarity. Drawing from his own experience, he is dedicated to helping clients make smart investment decisions and build long-term wealth.

Outside of his professional life, Vince is a devoted family man. He is married and a proud father of two children, balancing his career ambitions with his dedication to his family.

Claudia has been part of the real estate industry since 2013, working as a receptionist and transaction coordinator. She joined CallCory.com in August 2022 after spending 9 years with Landmark Real Estate Center, where she gained extensive experience managing transaction files.

When she’s not working, Claudia enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.
