Amanda is a long-time resident of Liberal, KS. She and her husband, John, have five adult children, four in-loves, and they are expecting their sixteenth grandchild. As a licensed cosmetologist and cosmetology instructor, Amanda delights in each opportunity she is given to substitute teach at Seward County Community College Cosmetology, seizing every moment to impact the lives of students. Amanda is the author of three published books including her book for women, Woman Beautiful, Embracing the Woman God Created You to Be.

Her love for Jesus, family and women led her to serve on the Grace Place Pregnancy Care Center Board of Directors from 2018 until the spring of 2022, serving as president from January 2020 through December 2021.

She and John decided on career changes, with Amanda leaving the world of hair and him leaving the oil industry; both knew real estate was the direction they wanted to go. In 2008 they bought their first rental property, and their real estate story has been growing and changing ever since. One of Amanda’s life goals is to help single women and moms get into well maintained, affordable housing.
